Cancellation & Refund Policy:
* Cancellation requests received in writing to the Congress Secretariat will be refunded 30 days after the Congress
at the following rates.
On or before November October 1, 2025: Refund after deducting 15% as cancellation fee.
October 1, 2025 – November 1, 2025: Refund after deducting 50% as cancellation fee.
We regret NO REFUND can be made for cancellation on November 01, 2025 onwards.
