We will have at least five plenary sessions where all the delegates would gather. There will be 12 single hall sessions of one hour for Keynote Address, Symposia and Panel Discussions. Sessions sponsor’s name will be displayed in the backdrop and at the hall entrance during the session. Product leaflets can be distributed among the audience. Premium Stalls (3m x 2m)

The stalls will be placed at the Ground floor along with the Registration Counter and Dining area so that all the delegates have to attend the stalls. Each stall will be provided with three walls, one table, three chairs, three lights and one five ampere electric point.Use of special signage and lighting is permitted at exhibitors owncost. The layout may be changed at the discretion of the organisers.
